What impact do we make in the society?
Ashna Foundation organises ration distribution camps at various slum areas of the city. These camps aim to support underprivileged families who struggle to meet their daily food needs. Volunteers from the foundation actively engage with the local communities to ensure that essential supplies reach those in need. The initiative not only provides immediate relief but also spreads awareness about nutrition and hygiene. Through consistent efforts, Ashna Foundation continues to bring hope and sustenance to the most vulnerable sections of society.
Our foundation organises various food camps (bhandaras) in order to provide food to thousands of hungry people and bring a smile on the sad and deprived faces . Freshly cooked meals are served with love and respect, ensuring that everyone feels valued. The initiative not only addresses hunger but also fosters a sense of community and care. With each bhandara, the foundation aims to spread warmth, dignity, and hope among those who need it the most.
To ensure relief in various seasons we aim at providing the basic necessities to the weaker section of the society so that they can face the daily challenges of life .
We organise camps for distribution of blankets in winter.
We have also distributed Earthen Pots (Ghada) for the poor people living in the slum areas of the city by providing them with clean , safe and cold water in the hot summers. This simple yet thoughtful initiative helps them stay hydrated and healthy in extreme temperatures. The porous nature of the earthen pots keeps the water naturally cool, offering much-needed relief in harsh conditions. Volunteers ensure proper distribution and educate families on the importance of clean drinking water. Through this effort, the foundation brings comfort and care to communities often overlooked during seasonal hardships.
Ashna Foundation also aims to provide basic necessities to the stray animals (dogs,cows,etc.) such as providing them with love , food , affection , shelter and warm coats to protect them from winters .We believe that every living being deserves compassion and care, regardless of their circumstances. Our volunteers regularly feed stray animals and monitor their well-being, especially during harsh weather conditions. Temporary shelters and protective coverings are set up to give them a safe space to rest. Through these small yet meaningful acts, the foundation strives to promote kindness and coexistence between humans and animals.
Ashna Foundation aims at making the specially abled (handicapped) people self reliant and self sufficient. Our motto is to make the society "Learn how to earn rather than to beg"
We also help the old aged people who have been abandoned by their children and we extend our support to various old age homes (Vridha Ashram) we aim to bring a smile on the sad lonely faces and make their life better and easier .
Our foundation also supports people suffering from leprosy by providing them with ration and blankets and various necessities at leprosy asylum (Kusht Ashram) in Prayagraj , Uttar Pradesh .
Awareness Campaigns
Over the period of time Ashna Foundation has been actively involved in creating various awareness campaigns such as hygiene and safety awareness to bring a significant change in the society .

Ashna Foundation has also touched the lives of people suffering from cancer and various other ailements by providing them with financial and emotional support .
Understanding the heavy burden that medical treatment can place on families, the foundation steps in to ease both economic and psychological stress. Volunteers regularly visit patients, offering not just aid, but also a sense of companionship and hope.
